The Caiman magnetic sweeper is one step up from the Yacare magnetic sweeper. The Caiman is like the Yacare because it has enclosed magnets and the Dual Spring Assisted Debris Release Handles.
However, the Caiman is wider at 82 inches and has more pickup power with 50% more magnets than the Yacare.
More pickup power and wider sweeping width make the Caiman a good choice for towing behind pickup trucks and UTVs that operate around manufacturing facilities.

Economical rear pin mount Forklift magnet. Simple design in one size
The KURSK forklift magnet is a rear pin mount design whose frame only adds 2.25” inches to the back profile of the forklift. The magnet bar itself is not positioned under the forklift counterweight like the NAOS, but rather hangs straight down from the KURSK frame and therefore will also stick out from the back of the forklift, but the single 20” inch magnet bar width keeps this to a minimum.
Ground strike protection is provided by chains that allow upwards and forward/backward movement which allows the magnet to swing up and out of the way if the magnet strikes the ground or an object.
Adjustable clamping system provides continuous adjustable sweeping height, with no fixed positions, allowing precise sweeping height adjustment to suit your job site and forklift.

The OBLAST forklift magnet is a fork mount design that allows you to use your forklift to pick up ferrous metal debris and then lift the OBLAST over a disposal / scrap bin for easy removal by using the easy flip down pivoting stainless steel debris tray.
Heavy duty construction of steel and stainless, with UHMW bushings on the rotating stainless steel debris tray for long life and a solid feel.
Ground strike protection is provided by the angled front and rear of the stainless steel debris tray which reduces the width of the bottom flat section and therefore limits magnet contact with the ground, and prevents damage if the magnet does contact the ground because there is no hard edge to “catch” on the ground.
Upward clamping fork pockets provides greater contact of the fork pockets with the forklift forks and therefore provides greater stability to reduce magnet “slippage” on the forks.

Designed to be completely concealed under your forklift where it cannot get damaged. The NOMIC easily mounts to the underside of your forklift with rare earth magnet tripods designed to swivel to attach to any metal curved or flat surface.

The UPLAND is a fork mounted magnetic sweeper that can pickup any ferrous debris such as: nails, screws, wire, discarded fabrication material, bolts, nuts, pins, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc. The debris can easily be dumped into a bin using the flip down stainless-steel debris tray.
Heavy duty construction of steel and stainless, with UHMW bushings on all pivot points of the UPLAND ensures a long life for the UPLAND and a solid feel on every motion.
The UPLAND features 10” of vertical suspension travel and 360 degrees of pivot movement rolling on 16.5” flat proof tires. This allows operators to set the UPLAND at a sweeping height of 1 – 4” inches which will be maintained over rough terrain by the ground tracking system.
Upward clamping fork pockets provides greater contact of the fork pockets with the forks and therefore provides greater stability to reduce magnet “slippage”.

Magnetic Sweepers can be used at manufacturing and industrial facilities to pick up metal debris such as metal shavings, grindings, swarf, blanks from punch press operations, metal debris from equipment parts etc. This type of metal needs to be cleaned up to keep the facilities operating effectively and safely.
The right magnetic sweeper solution is different from facility to facility. For some facilities a small handheld magnetic floor sweeper such as the Powerstik allows for cleanup in and around equipment and for other facilities a larger area needs cleaning and a tow behind model is necessary such as the Caiman or the Aardvark.
