The Powerstik Handheld Lightweight Magnetic Sweeper is extremely useful for detailed work where you need to pick up metal shavings or debris around the manufacturing shop floor and in and around machines.

These areas are often hard to reach with a regular block magnetic sweeper but with the Powerstik Handheld Lightweight Magnetic Sweeper's ultra slim profile and hook design it's easy. It can manoeuver around and under almost anything.
Although the magnet may not be as big as other magnetic sweepers that have a larger magnet housing, the pickup performance is still good because you can get very close to or right on top of the metal debris. The performance is better than its size might suggest.

For the price should be stronger magnetic power
Hi Valentas, I’m sorry you are disappointed with your Powerstik magnet. Our Pro and Pro Elite magnets are higher power alternatives to the original Powerstik that will provide more magnetic power but at a higher price. The Powerstik is meant to be a cheaper model that gives sufficient power for most cleanup efforts using Ceramic Magnets instead of Rare Earth to keep the price down.
I’m OCD with the cleanup quality on my roofing jobsites. Other magnets lose their power to collect nails. This thing will collect over 10lbs! I read that it did, and I tried it. I probably picked up 15lbs just sweeping my tarps. It’s worth the money. “One nail can ruin the customers experience with your work. Word travels faster than ever these days.”
