The Wrasse hanging magnetic bar is designed for use on “flat terrain”. It is extremely versatile because it comes in many different sizes, in terms of strength and width. The Wrasse hanging magnet bars are available in widths from 26” – 98” inches and in 3 different magnet housing sizes: 2” x 5” inches, 3” x 3” inches, and 4.5” x 4.5” inches each level of housing size offers more magnetic strength than the previous.
The Wrasse can hang from almost any piece of equipment if the ground the vehicle traverses is fairly even so that the magnet bar doesn’t hit the ground all the time which can cause damage to the housing. The Wrasse hanging magnet bar functions very well at allowing the equipment operators to clean environments while they do their normal tasks.
There are also optional Quick Clean Off Sleeves available for the Wrasse. A PVC Quick Clean Off Sleeve is available for the 3″x 3″ inch and 4.5″ x 4.5″ inch models which makes cleaning debris off the magnet bar easy. A Heavy-Duty Aluminum Quick Clean Off Sleeve is available for some 4.5” x 4.5” inch sweeping widths, this sleeve also assists in cleaning debris from the magnet and increases the durability of the sweeper.

The Bluetang Magnetic Sweeper is designed with a Debris Digging Rake and is the best fork mounted option when the forklift will be used on gravel or dirt surfaces.
Use the Bluetang magnetic sweeper when metal debris could cause flat tires and a fork mount sweeper is needed but you also want to disturb the ground to loosen up debris and groom/level the ground. The Debris Digging Rake that comes standard on the Bluetang helps loosen debris that may be buried in gravel or dirt.
If you don’t need a Debris Digging Rake, opt instead for the Wrasse Series hanging sweeper mounted on the fork with a Fork Pocket Accessory.

The OBLAST forklift magnet is a fork mount design that allows you to use your forklift to pick up ferrous metal debris and then lift the OBLAST over a disposal / scrap bin for easy removal by using the easy flip down pivoting stainless steel debris tray.
Heavy duty construction of steel and stainless, with UHMW bushings on the rotating stainless steel debris tray for long life and a solid feel.
Ground strike protection is provided by the angled front and rear of the stainless steel debris tray which reduces the width of the bottom flat section and therefore limits magnet contact with the ground, and prevents damage if the magnet does contact the ground because there is no hard edge to “catch” on the ground.
Upward clamping fork pockets provides greater contact of the fork pockets with the forklift forks and therefore provides greater stability to reduce magnet “slippage” on the forks.

The UPLAND is a fork mounted magnetic sweeper that can pickup any ferrous debris such as: nails, screws, wire, discarded fabrication material, bolts, nuts, pins, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc. The debris can easily be dumped into a bin using the flip down stainless-steel debris tray.
Heavy duty construction of steel and stainless, with UHMW bushings on all pivot points of the UPLAND ensures a long life for the UPLAND and a solid feel on every motion.
The UPLAND features 10” of vertical suspension travel and 360 degrees of pivot movement rolling on 16.5” flat proof tires. This allows operators to set the UPLAND at a sweeping height of 1 – 4” inches which will be maintained over rough terrain by the ground tracking system.
Upward clamping fork pockets provides greater contact of the fork pockets with the forks and therefore provides greater stability to reduce magnet “slippage”.

The Nova Fork Mounted Magnetic Sweeper is a powerful 74” wide magnet that is built to cover ground quickly and easily with little effort from the forklift operator thanks to the ground tracking system, and remote clean off functions.
The ground tracking system keeps the magnet rolling at your selected sweeping height through rough terrain with 11” of vertical suspension travel and 360 degrees of pivot movement that allows the forklift to travel and turn without being impeded by the Nova as it rolls on 16.5” urethane foam filled tires.
The 6” inch by 8” inch magnet housing will pick up a 2.5” inch 8 penny nail from 12”inches off the ground, giving more than enough pickup power to retrieve most kinds of metal debris at speed including nails, bolts, wrenches, trailer / container seals / locks.
The Nova uses two remote activated 12-volt linear actuators powered by an on-board battery with 450lbs of pressing power each. Once activated from the seat of the forklift via remote control, the actuators press against a 16-gauge stainless steel debris pan which separates the collected debris from the magnet field to easily clean off the magnet into any container or dumpster.

The really good thing about and the one advantage fork mount magnets have is that because they are attached to forklift forks, you can lift them up over a dumpster to clean them off, so it eliminates a few steps in getting the debris into the dumpster.

These magnetic sweepers pick up debris before you run it over using any machinery equipped with forks. With substantial pickup power available due to the heavier magnet housings, they are ideal for keeping large areas free of dangerous metal debris.
