Fits Your Forklift Like a Glove!
The Guardian Rear Mounted Forklift Magnetic Sweeper has a super slim profile that hugs and wraps around the back contour of the forklift. This slim profile is specifically designed for forklifts that need to maintain maximum maneuverability and/or need to work around tight, congested areas.
The slim profile of the Guardian adds only 6.125 inches to the back of the overall length of the forklift.
The Guardian is also designed to make cleaning off of the magnet easy by removing the need to bend over to the ground level. The Guardian is cleaned off by simply pulling up on the magnet’s Quick Release Pull Up Handles that release the debris and clean off the magnet.
Mounting The Guardian to a forklift is simple and NO modifications to your forklift are necessary. The Guardian is mounted to the rear pin of the forklift and at the time of installation the vertical angle and height can be adjusted to ensure a super close fit to your forklift geometry.
Built to last the Guardian magnet is completely enclosed in stainless steel housing protecting the grade C8 permanently charged magnets and taking all the wear and tear of everyday use.

The Real Reasons Why The Guardian Magnetic Sweeper is Necessary.
Many commercial and industrial facilities have a need to eliminate flat tires on forklifts and other vehicles entering and exiting and moving about their properties. The cost, interruptions and delays that flat tires cause create the need for the use of a magnetic sweeper.
The Guardian is designed specifically to pick up and remove debris that causes flat tires such as nails, screws, wire, discarded pieces of metal from fabrication activities, bolts, nuts, pins, screw drivers, wrenches, etc. in a manner that is effective and cost efficient.
The Guardian allows you to clean up metal debris as other normal activities are carried out without adding more permanently ongoing labor costs to do so.
Using the Guardian Rear Mounted Forklift Magnetic Sweeper results in negligible additional labor costs to solve the problem of flat tires because the magnet is picking up debris as the forklift does normal activities. By eliminating current and future labor costs of solving the flat tire problem, the payback period of investing in the Guardian magnetic sweeper is greatly reduced. The Guardian magnetic sweeper utilizes the Rear Pin on your forklift as the mounting point. The Guardian's Mounting Bracket is vented to ensure the Pin mount can be used even if the exhaust on your forklift is vented through the Pin slot.
No modifications to your forklift are necessary to mount the Guardian. The Mounting Bracket uses the existing Pin on your forklift only. There is no need to modify, weld on or drill into your forklift in order to mount the Guardian.

Clean off takes only seconds!
The Guardian Rear Mounted Forklift Magnetic Sweeper is also designed to allow clean off of the magnet without bending over to the ground level. The Guardian is cleaned off by simply pulling up on the release handles to release the debris and clean off the magnet.
No working on the ground and bending over to clean the magnet off. Our research shows that cleaning the magnet off has to be easy, simple and quick or employees will not clean the magnet off. If the magnet is not cleaned off regularly, and the magnet is covered with metal debris, performance of the magnet is reduced while sweeping. Therefore this easy clean off feature ensures your magnetic sweeper continues to operate effectively.

The Guardian Vented Mounting Bracket Sweeping Height Positions
Sweeping Height Adjustment
The Guardian's Mounting Bracket is designed with multiple installation positions to accommodate different forklift heights of every kind.
Adjusting the magnet sweeping height on the Guardian is done on installation via the Pin mount position in the Vented Mounting Bracket.
Sweeping height is adjustable in 1 inch increments.
Permanently Charged Grade C8 Magnets
The Guardian magnetic sweeper uses permanently charged grade C8 magnets that will never need to be recharged. Power will never decrease, ensuring years of use.
To protect the magnets they are completely enclosed in a stainless steel housing that takes all of the wear and tear of everyday use.
The Guardian magnets also have the “wrap around feature” to ensure debris is captured not just on the bottom of the magnet but on the sides as well. This wrap around feature ensures that the magnets have maximum debris capture and holding capability.
The Guardian Pickup Height Test is 7.25 inches
The Guardian Pickup Height Test
The Guardian magnetic sweeper will pick up a 2.5 inch nail when the bottom of the magnet is 7.25 inches off the ground providing plenty of pickup power performance in dirt and gravel and when operating on moving forklifts.
To maximize performance, we recommend setting the sweeping height between 2.5 and 3.5 inches in most situations. Sweeping height is set on installation via the Pin mount position in the Vented Mounting Bracket. Sweeping height is adjustable in 1 inch increments.
Onboard Debris Catchers
To make clean off even easier we’ve thought of everything, therefore the Guardian comes standard with our double handled orange debris catcher. Just pull the debris catcher out of its holder on the Guardian, and lay it down on the ground under one of the three sections of the magnet, then pull up on the handle on top of the magnet and all the debris will fall onto the orange debris catcher. This then allows you to easily pick up the debris catcher with the debris on it, and dump it in the garbage. No more looking around for something to catch the debris. Easy, convenient, simple.
