The Wrasse hanging magnetic bar is designed for use on "flat terrain". It is extremely versatile because it comes in many different sizes, in terms of strength and width. The Wrasse hanging magnet bars are available in widths from 26” – 98” inches and in 3 different magnet housing sizes: 2” x 5” inches, 3” x 3” inches, and 4.5” x 4.5” inches each level of housing size offers more magnetic strength than the previous.
The Wrasse can hang from almost any piece of equipment if the ground the vehicle traverses is fairly even so that the magnet bar doesn’t hit the ground all the time which can cause damage to the housing. Parks have large areas and not enough staff time to sweep for debris as a separate activity therefore the best solution is to mount a hanging magnet on the equipment you're already using such as lawnmowers, tractors, UTVs or ATVs and let them sweep for debris as they drive around doing other park tasks. I suggest the strongest Wrasse magnet, the 4.5" x 4.5" size because of the grass.

Parks and campgrounds have problems with metal debris brought in by campers and visitors.
Nails brought in with fire wood, beer caps, screws, wire, tent spikes and stakes… even fishing hooks all contribute to flat tires on park vehicles and visitors vehicles and can make areas unsafe where many visitors go barefoot.
The debris at parks and campgrounds is considered moderate and the need for control is considered high due mainly to safety concerns.
Parks and campgrounds should be pristine clean places, that’s what visitors are hoping for and why many visit.
