Maximize Safety and Speed with the new industry standard for heavy truck magnetic sweeping
The Baffin magnetic sweeper is designed to be the premier front mounted heavy commercial truck magnet on the market. It’s suspension system keeps the magnet planted at the right height through hard turns and over bumps to eliminate the need for constant height adjustment. The Baffin also has a clean-off system that allows drivers to empty the magnet quickly and safely from the truck cab without ever having to get out of the truck or handle debris.
With a maximum pickup height of 10.75”, the Baffin is well suited to collect any metal debris up to 25 km/h (~15 mph) at the recommended sweeping height of 2” inches.
And the two on-board removable 1.65 cubic foot debris bins allow for the 95” inch wide magnet to be cleaned off multiple times before the bins need to be emptied. This increases efficiency by letting the magnet spend more time sweeping. The Forager XL is a bigger version of the popular Forager magnetic sweeper that used to be the largest rear mounted forklift magnet available on the market. It can adjust to fit almost any forklift on the market right out of the box. The Forager XL steel mounting bracket attaches to the rear pin of a forklift and is vented to allow for exhaust gases to flow freely even if it is routed through the rear pin port. The KURSK forklift magnet is a rear pin mount design whose frame only adds 2.25” inches to the back profile of the forklift. The OBLAST forklift magnet is a fork mount design that allows you to use your forklift to pick up ferrous metal debris and then lift the OBLAST over a disposal / scrap bin for easy removal by using the easy flip down pivoting stainless steel debris tray.

Shipping terminals suffering from costly unscheduled downtown and flat tire repair costs can be helped by keeping the site clear of flat tire causing metal debris. Metal debris is a built in problem at shipping terminals because of the locking tags and devices that are cut off container doors and from all of the truck container movement.
