Directions for ordering
by phone are provided below. This process takes you through the ordering
process so you can see your total order cost but you never submit your
personal information online. Instead you can print out an invoice for
your records and then call us to complete the order.
1.
Find a product you'd like to buy
Click on the "Applications" link at the top of the page and select your application to find a sweeper that is right for you.
2. Place the Product you want to
buy in Your Shopping Cart
Once you have found the product that is right for you click the "Order
Online" link at the right side of the page. This will take you to
our online catalog. Type in the quantity you wish to purchase then
click "Place in shopping cart".

Click "Proceed to Check Out" to continue
Once you have a product in your shopping card you "Proceed to Check
Out". In Step 1 of the Check out process you will be asked for your
"Address and Contact Information" in order to calculate your shipping
charges and any applicable taxes.

Click the "Proceed to Step 2 of Check Out" button
In Step 2 of the check out process your shipping rates and
totals will be given to you. On this step you will be asked for your
"Method of Payment". Select: Order
by Phone.

Click the "Proceed to Step 3 of Check Out" button
Step 3 is the final step in your check out
process.
Check over the information on this
page to make sure your order information, payment method and address
information is correct. If you want to make changes to your order or
your information do so at this stage. If you are paying over the phone
then you will not need to enter any more information at this step.
6.
Press "Submit Order"
button to generate an
order. If you selected to Order by Phone your order has not been
processed. You will need to print this order, fill in the remaining
payment information and give us a call at 1-519-586-9779,
Monday to Friday between 9
a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
7.
Shipping Status
When your order is shipped
you will receive an email notifying you of your order tracking number.
To track your shipping order simply click on the "Tracking Your Order"
link on the Support page.
We accept Visa and
Mastercard as payment for phone orders. |
