Ordering

If you're a provincial-government department, Crown Corporation, Board, Commission, or agency that's eligible to make purchases without paying GST, in order to take your tax-exempt status, you'll need to provide us with the following information by fax at the same time you place your order by fax.

Please provide on official letterhead:

Your email address and physical address.

Your Certification: This is to certify that the property and/or services ordered/purchased hereby are being purchased by (Name of Provincial/Territorial-Government Department or Institution) with Crown funds, and therefore are not subject to Goods and Services Tax. (Signature of Authorized Official)

Mark your fax: "Attn: GST-Exempt."
